Registration for March and November sessions
Delegates should report to the Governing Body Registration Desk, situated on level R3 at the south end
of the building, where they will be issued with an official Governing Body session badge.
The registration/information desk of the Governing Body, will be open every day of the session
(except on Saturdays and Sundays) from 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Government members of the Governing Body who have already submitted their official credentials to the
Secretariat of the Governing Body (frassier@ilo.org), may collect the badges of the members of their
delegation on presentation of the authorization form, duly completed. The form is available at the information desk or can be downloaded here.
Please note that the issuance of session badges is necessary for purposes of inclusion on the official
list of participants and for other important administrative requirements.
Registration for the June session:
There is no dedicated Governing Body registration for the session
that takes place during the International Labour Conference in June; registration for the Conference
also covers participation in the Governing Body.
