1. IT IS ORDERED THAT THE DIRECTOR-GENERAL SHOULD PROVIDE THE COMPLAINANT WITH AN APPRAISAL REPORT AS SPECIFIED IN STAFF RULE 530 IN RESPECT OF THE YEAR DECEMBER 1976-NOVEMBER 1977. 2. THE OTHER CLAIMS ARE DISMISSED.
