One witness’s evidence concerned the issues arising in appeal CAP/366 and would be irrelevant as this aspect of the complaint is time-barred. The evidence of the other two is unnecessary and the Tribunal is satisfied it has adequate material in the pleas and documentary evidence to deal with the complaint in a fair and balanced way."
