The Administrative Tribunal has completed its 135th Session, held from 17 October to 18 November 2022.

During this session, the Tribunal dealt with 81 cases. It adopted 77 judgments (including 2 follow-up judgments and 8 summary procedures) concerning 89 complaints filed by 61 complainants from 21 organisations.

Since the end of the 134th Session, the President of the Tribunal has recorded, by means of Orders, the withdrawal of 5 complaints.

The Tribunal will exceptionally deliver in public 5 judgments adopted during the 135th Session (file numbers AT 5469-1&2, 5766, 5372 and follow-up of Judgments 4453 and 4456) on Monday 28 November 2022 by a video recording which will be posted on the Tribunal’s website during the day.

Certified copies of the judgments will be sent to the parties in due course in electronic form only.

The judgments (with the complainants' names removed) will be available on the Tribunal's website (www.ilo.org/trib) in the Triblex database.

The date of the public delivery of the other judgments adopted during the 135th Session of the Tribunal will be announced in January 2023.
