Committee meeting in progress
To ensure effective planning, delivery and coordination of joint project activities, a Project Steering Committee (PSC) and Project Technical Team (PTT) has been established. As project lead, the ILO chairs the PSC and PTT and provides secretariat support.

The PTT comprises of agency representatives that provide managerial and technical inputs to the project. The PTT meets once every month, and if necessary more frequently for urgent activities. Linked through a viber group, the PTT members are continuously sharing information to ensure effective communication for all aspects of the project.

The PSC comprises of UN agency heads who provide guidance, enabling environment and oversight of the project. The PSC meets once every quarter. Project information and progress is then shared through the PSC to outcome Group 3 (OG3) of the UN Pacific Strategy (UNPS) and UN Country Team (UNCT). The PSC has met on 8th November 2020 and 26th February 2021. The next meeting is scheduled for May 2021.
