Development of Occupational Standards, Qualifications and Skills Assessment Instruments

The purpose of this report is to describe: a) the concepts and practices of developing occupational standards, b) the application of occupational standards for designing vocational education and training (VET) qualifications, and c) the principles and techniques for assessment of qualifications.
