Improving labour market outcomes for young women and men: Public-Private Partnership

The ILO’s Youth Employment Programme carried out a global systematic review of youth employment interventions. The aim of the study is to support policymakers and practitioners with evidence-based recommendations on what works to effectively support youth in the labour market. With financial support from the International Initiative for Impact Evaluation (3ie), the review analysed the impact of skills training, entrepreneurship promotion, employment services and subsidized employment interventions.
