Guide for Filipino migrants in France

A guide for Filipino migrants in France

As a Filipino migrant in France or anywhere in the world, you have rights from simply being human. There rights are guaranteed and protected by international agreements, such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Other rights come from the laws of a state and these rights are guaranteed and protected by national laws, such as the French Constitution.

The purpose of this guide is to inform the migrant worker's rights to exercise them and to avoid situations of abuse and distress.

It is important to keep in mind, however, that this "rights come with responsibilities" (droits et devoirs), which in turn come from being a member of society.
