National Forum and Discussion on Skills Development in Indonesia

The forum and discussion aims to improve skills development policies and systems for Indonesia to respond effectively to changing skills demand of the economy.



The objectives of the National Forum Discussion are the following: To update and discuss recent development, challenges and opportunities on Skill Development and Lifelong Learning in Indonesia; to share knowledge and experience, good preactices and lesson learnt in implementing the INSIGHT-2 project contributing to skills development and lifelong learning policies and programme interventions in Indonesia; and to capture feedback from relevant key stakeholders for further improvement of skills development and lifelong learning policies and programme intervention in Indonesia.

The programme consists of a video development of the InSIGHT-2 Project capturing a snapshot of the project overview and objective and a half day a half-day National Forum Discussion on Skill Development and LIfelong Learning in Indonesia, aimed to contribute to skills development policy and programme implementation as well as to discuss recent development, challenges and opportunities of the skill development and lifelong learning in Indonesia. This include capturing inputs and insigght from key relevant stakeholders on the way forward of the intervention.
