Virtual Workshops on Quality Apprenticeship for Industries

Objective

The overall objective of the online workshops is to improve capacity of the industries in implementing quality apprenticeship programme.

Methodology and Tentative Schedules

Methodology for implementing the online workshop is combining theory and practical assignment including mentoring. ILO and Directorate of Apprenticeship of Ministry of Manpower (KEMNAKER), KADIN and GNIK will jointly organize the online workshops targeting industries. Following are the detailed methodology and work plan for the events:

Virtual workshops are going to organize as follow up activities from series to the webinars. The event will target specific and limited audience maximum of 50 participants. The participants are required to register online prior to the virtual workshops. ILO, KEMNAKER, KADIN and GNIK along with selected consultant will discuss the detailed programme for the workshops. The duration of the workshop will be maximum of 20 hours per workshop. The virtual workshop will apply participatory and interactive approach for the delivery of the session.
