Happy Kartini's Day! Good luck fighting for the elimination of gender-based violence and harassment. In various fields of work, violence and harassment are still experienced by many workers in Indonesia, and this is experienced by both female and male workers, including interns. Those who are victims of violence in the workplace can experience trauma, and even if they are still working the conditions will be uncomfortable, their minds are unhealthy and unproductive.
