Systems for employment outcomes: An assessment of Pakistan's technical education and vocational training sector

This ground-breaking study presents the findings of the first-ever inventory and assessment of Technical Education and Vocational Training institutions across Pakistan.

This in-depth study contextually reviews and documents current practices and approaches that TEVT institutions undertake to improve employment outcomes for their students. The study also compiles basic information on types of programmes and qualifications, courses in high demand, profile of students and status of infrastructure. This study was published with support from the One UN project ‘Livelihood restoration, protection and sustainable empowerment of vulnerable peasant communities in Sindh Province’ funded by the United Nations Trust Fund for Human Security.
