    Child labour, tobacco and AIDS

    This study aims at providing an insight into the different facets of child labour in tobacco growing areas in Malawi, Uganda and Tanzania. It is a first attempt at looking into the issue, but it is by no mean exhaustive and a lot remains to be done to increase the knowledge base and improve our understanding of the issues at stake.

    Training manual on child labour and HIV/AIDS

    Based on project experiences in Uganda and Zambia, this manual addresses the challenge of providing social protection to mitigate the phenomenon of HIV and AIDS-induced child labour. It presents a strategy for integrating and mainstreaming social protection into action programmes, as well as working with all major stakeholders to prevent HIV/AIDS induced child labour.
