    The objective of the assignment is to provide advice and practical support to scale-up communication activities of the ILO/Accel Africa. The deliverables of this assignment will enable ILO and its partners to not only inform key audiences about envisioned and realized results and impacts of the Accel Africa programme but to also support the generation of relevant actions to eliminate child labour. Communication products will embrace a human-centred and story-telling approach around communities, national, regional and regional stakeholders experience in implementing actions to eliminate child labour. he deadline for applications is May 5, 2022.     The ILO Regional Office for Africa wishes to engage the services of an organization working in the field of campaigns, social communication and behaviour change communication, with considerable experience in implementing regional social campaigns in Africa. The organization will also support the development and implementation of a campaign strategy including the development and use of communication channels and platforms to create a dialogue and generate actions. These could include social media accounts, partnerships with media companies, shows (as a way to engage with users), radio, blogs, etc. The type of channels used will depend on the target audiences selected.

    This assignment aims as a General Objective to produce a training tool to strengthen the capacity of businesses to apply the ILO-IOE guidance tool in their child labour due diligence efforts. The training tool will provide specific examples, practical checklists, concrete case studies and scenarios that will foster a more practical implementation of the ILO-IOE guidelines.
