Study on the application of ILO Conventions No. 138 and No. 182 and its recommendations on the national legislation of the CPLP countries

This study aims to analyze the application of ILO Conventions Nos. 138 and 182 in different national policies and plans adopted by the Member States of the CPLP.

The present study represents one of the many outputs obtained through the joint effort of the CPLP and the ILO on the international cooperation in the fight against child labour. This study aims to analyze the application of ILO Conventions Nos. 138 and 182 in different national policies and plans adopted by the Member States of the CPLP, and allow, through an overview of each political and legal system, the design of collaboration measures, internal or between countries, to promote articulated strategies against child labour between governments and social partners.
