Project flyer: Support to development in industrial relations, wage fixing, and labour law implementation institutions and capacity in Viet Nam
The flyer conveys key context of project, highlighted objectives and expected outcomes of Industrial Relations Project.
The industrial relations system has been evolving to meet new market economy demands, but in many areas remains unable to respond adequately and in a timely way to the changing industrial and economic environment. A sharp rise in the private sector including foreign-owned enterprises and rapid expansion of the manufacturing sector, brought new challenges and a wave of workplace disputes and strikes to Viet Nam since 2006.
