Final Review Workshop and the ILO’s future collaboration to build capacity for labour inspection system
The Final Review Workshop of the "Increasing Workplace Compliance through Labour Inspection in Vietnam" is organized in Hilton hotel, Hanoi on 17 June 2016 with participation of labour inspectors at both national and local level, as well as representatives from the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Vietnam General Confederation of Labour.
The workshop is organized to achieve the following objectives:
- Assess the achievements with regard to validity, effectiveness and sustainability of the project implementation;
- Highlight the lessons learnt and best practices;
- Collect inputs for the designing of the future collaboration and possible support from the ILO in terms of enhancing the sustainability of project outcomes and promoting workplace compliance, particularly in light of expected labour inspection capacity development in Viet Nam in the context of the Trans Pacific Partnership.
