    PAGE Week in Mongolia

    03 April 2018

    The Partnership for Action on Green Economy (PAGE) project in Mongolia is phasing out in 2018 and in the context of ensuring the sustainability and continuity of the initiated programme’s work in the country, a ‘PAGE WEEK’ made of technical and bilateral meetings was organised by national stakeholders in Ulaanbaatar from 13 to 16 March 2018, and brought together experts from United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR), United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), the ILO and SWITCH Asia.

    South Africa National Academy on Green Economy

    The Partnership for Action on Green Economy, in collaboration with the South African Department of Environmental Affairs, the Deutsche Gesellschaft für internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, the ILO Offices in Pretoria and Geneva and the International Training Centre of the ILO, implemented a National Academy on Green Economy in South Africa from 26 February to 2 March 2018.

    17th Regional Seminar for Labour Based Practitioners

    05 March 2018

    The 17th Seminar of Labour-Based Practitioners was organized by the Government of Ethiopia in partnership with the International Labour Organization (ILO) on November 13 to 17, 2017 in Addis Ababa. The theme of the seminar was "Delivering on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): The Employment–intensive Investment Approach”. The Seminar brought together 490 participants including policy makers, programme directors and practitioners from 27 countries across the world.
