Workshop on Revision of Decree 127 on Unemployment Insurance
The workshop is to improve the legal framework for unemployment insurance I in general, and to present, in particular, the draft revision to Decree 127/2008/NĐ-CP guiding the implementation of some unemployment insurance related articles stated by social insurance laws to get further comments from the agencies in charge of its appraisal.
ILO project on “Strengthening mechanisms for implementation of Unemployment Insurance” and Bureau of Employment (BoE), Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) co-organize the workshop on Revision of Decree 127 on Unemployment Insurance. Participants are policy makers from MOLISA, Ministry of Finance, Viet Nam Social Security, Viet Nam General Confederation of Labour and Viet Nam Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
