Panel Discussion - Jobs For Peace And Resilience - 9 Nov 2018

The “Jobs for Peace and Resilience” panel discussion co-organized by the ILO, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) , the Graduate Institute’s Centre on Conflict, Development and Peacebuilding (CCDP) and the Permanent Mission of Switzerland was opened by UN Special Envoy on Syria, Mr. Staffan de Mistura, and focused on the value added of decent work and employment creation initiatives in reinforcing social cohesion, building peace and ensuring resilience to future shocks in countries affected by conflict and fragility.
