Goals of the Employment Task Force in 2021

  1. Develop a shared agenda for international and national economic recovery that builds back better, taking the opportunity to recover in a way that benefits all and delivers decent work, prosperity and improved wellbeing for all:

    • Building back better – promoting good quality work; “levelling up” across sectors and places; skills for a post-Covid labour market
    • Building back more inclusively – which labour market groups have suffered the effects of C-19 the most; domestic approaches to tailored labour market support in the wake of the pandemic
    • Building back greener – how to ensure a Just Transition that works for everyone; Skills for a Green Recovery
