Decision on the seventh item on the agenda: Independent Oversight Advisory Committee (IOAC): Revised terms of reference

The Governing Body approved the revised terms of reference for the Independent Oversight Advisory Committee set forth in the appendix of document GB.331/PFA/7 following the deletion of the first sentence of paragraph 39 of the terms of reference.
