The Governing Body invited the Director-General to convey its condolences to the family of Mr de Regil and to the Mexican Confederation of Chambers of Industry (CONCAMIN); to the family of Ms Goulart, to Força Sindical and to the International Trade Union Confederation (ITUC); to the family of Ms Kelly and to the New Zealand Council of Trade Unions (NZCTU); to the family of Mr Kostine and to the Government of the Russian Federation.
