Decision on the 12th item on the agenda: Reports of the Officers of the Governing Body

In the light of the information presented in the report, and on the recommendation of its Officers, the Governing Body decided that the representation was receivable with respect to Conventions Nos 111 and 144 and set up a tripartite committee to examine the representation. The Governing Body decided that the representation was not receivable in respect of Convention No. 154.
