Human Resources Strategy 2018–21: Agility, engagement and efficiency

The Human Resources Strategy paper contains the Office’s proposals to strengthen and develop an efficient, effective results-based human resource function for an agile and responsive ILO. It is aligned with the ILO’s Strategic Plan for 2018–21. The Governing Body is invited to approve the ILO’s Human Resources Strategy for 2018–21 (see draft decision in paragraph 32)
