Fifth Supplementary Report: Draft guidelines to improve the functioning of the Governing Body meetings

Noting that the Governing Body would come back to this issue in the context of a discussion on improvements in the functioning of the Governing Body, it encouraged Members to submit their comments and proposals to the Office through the online consultation procedure.
