The Governing Body, in accordance with the established practice of harmonizing the rates of assessment of ILO Member States with their rates of assessment in the United Nations, decided to base the ILO scale of assessment for 2024 on the UN scale for 2022–24, and to propose to the International Labour Conference the adoption of the draft scale of assessment for 2024 as set out in the appendix to GB.347/PFA/3, subject to such adjustments as might be necessary following any further change in the membership of the Organization before the Conference is called upon to adopt the recommended scale.
