Update on the Human Resources Strategy 2018–21. Agility, engagement and efficiency
At its 331st Session (October–November 2017), the Governing Body approved the ILO’s Human Resources (HR) Strategy for the period 2018–21. In line with the ILO’s Strategic Plan for 2018–21, the HR Strategy is aimed at strengthening and developing an efficient, effective and results-based HR function for an agile and responsive ILO. The purpose of this document is to provide an update on progress in the implementation of
the HR Strategy and to seek guidance from the Governing Body (see the draft decision in paragraph 42).
