Submitting proposed amendments to draft decisions

In order to facilitate consultations between the groups and to enable the Office to provide accurate translations, proposed amendments to draft decisions should be submitted in writing in English, French or Spanish to the Clerk’s Office (reloff@ilo.org) at least 24 hours in advance of the sitting at which the agenda item is scheduled to be discussed.

Please provide your proposed amendment in track changes and indicate clearly in your message your name, or the country or group on behalf of which the amendment is being submitted, as well as the agenda item to which the amendment refers.

Once translated, the Office will communicate the proposed amendments by e-mail to the Regional Coordinators and to the Secretariats of the Employers and Workers Groups for consideration by the groups. Draft amendments will also be shared through the ILO Events App with Governing Body participants registered in the App.
