Decision concerning the Replacement of a member of a Governing Body committee set up to examine a representation submitted in accordance with article 24 of the ILO Constitution
The Governing Body appointed Mr Khalid Atlassi (Morocco) as Government member in the tripartite committee responsible for the examination of the representation alleging non-observance by France of the Termination of Employment Convention, 1982 (No. 158), made under article 24 of the ILO Constitution by the General Confederation of Labour–Force Ouvrière (CGT–FO) and the General Confederation of Labour (CGT).
