Labour market transitions and life courses

This webinar will present and discuss recent research undertaken or commissioned by the ILO and the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission on transitions from or into self-employment in Europe and on available data sources to measure changing life courses.

This online webinar on Labour market transitions and life courses is being organized as part of the EU funded project “Building partnerships on the future of work”  The project is implemented together by the ILO and the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission (EC-JRC).

The webinar will present and discuss recent research undertaken or commissioned by the two institutions on transitions from or into self-employment in Europe and on available data sources to measure changing life courses. An illustration of recent developments in life courses measurement will also be provided by the Young Lives Project (Oxford University).
