Tapping into Women Entrepreneurs

The objective of the training is to give the participants the tools to:
- Understand, analyze and explore financing women entrepreneurs as a client group and tap into this emerging market.
- Implement successful approaches used to enter and develop the women entrepreneur market by African banks.
- Carry out a gender self-check to identify improvements in operations, in particular in respect of the needs of male and female entrepreneurs and to inform the designing of appropriate and effective financial products.
The training has been developed for the finance sector with specific focus on Microfinance Institutions, Co-operative & Commercial Banks.
