The purpose of this Adaptation and Implementation Guide is to explain, in a practical way, how FYB training tools can be adapted to different countries. The FYB training is a country-specific training programme. Therefore, this document is not an instructive manual with a fixed sequence of steps, but acts as a guiding tool to help national partners to integrate the FYB training into existing structures and support programmes.

This Guide is divided into four sections: introduction to FYB training, its key components, implementation modalities, and lessons learned from the first three pilot countries - Côte d’Ivoire, The Gambia and Senegal.
