Description

This course will familiarize participants with best practice in sustainable tourism with special emphasis on the topic of short rural supply chains. Participants will gain a better understanding of the value of territorial resources, including landscape, agricultural products and traditional ways of life. Classroom activities and study visits will allow participants to analyse practical innovations in short supply chains.
