In relation to the case of the ship MV PROSPERITY we received the following response from the owner.

“Quote
Attached, please find the decision and order of the Judge for Admiralty Suit No. 14 of 2020 of Bengladesh Courts which was filed by the seafarers as plaintiffs you had mentioned in your mail. The case has already been amicably settled and closed long ago as you may check in attached documents. As a matter of fact, there has never been pending sallaries to those seafarers in reality, we had receipts that were signed by them and received from each of them when paying on board, but, we had to pay the monies for the second time. We learned our lesson and taking photos and videos from seafarers after then on when paying in cash, on board. Please, we request you to delete this situation from your records and clean our company’s name and if you have further questions about those thieves, please you may contact the court directly.

Un quote”
