According to the respective SRPS companies, 6 seafarers have yet to receive their salaries but they are good in health and have good food. The SRPS companies cooperated with the respective manning company, ship owner, and respective organization to settle their salaries and to repatriate these seafarers to Myanmar.

Ming JIn Shipmanagement Co. Ltd stated:
1. The vessel transaction between previous ship owner “JOEL LIMITED” and present ship owner “DELI SHIPPING CO., LTD.” is exists.
2. The vessel now needs to enter a port urgently, because she is running out of the fresh water, bunker, and provision, and the vessel needs to be repaired.
3. The present ship owner as “DELI SHIPPING CO., LTD.” was informed by Taipei port authority 2 days ago about the previous ship owner as “JOEL LIMITED” had the salary problem with the previous ship crews,
and the “DELI SHIPPING CO., LTD.” would like to assist the ITF to solve this problem, and the “DELI SHIPPING CO., LTD.” need to know the actual situation, the accounts , and the amount of the un-pay salary, because the previous ship crews were hired by “JOEL LIMITED” and those crews were signed off the vessel, and the “DELI SHIPPING CO., LTD.” have had no contact with them before, and have no information on the problem of the previous crews’ salary.
4. We, as the ship management company, have no relation for the MV DELI'S transaction, we just accept the appointment of from the ship owner to provide the SMS maintenance service, and, both ship owner (both “DELI SHIPPING CO., LTD.” And “JOEL LIMITED”) hire the ship crews by their own, and the salary is payable from the ship owner to ship crews directly, we have not involved.

and there is something we need to clarify to you.
firstly, as we mention to you, we are a management company that is appointed by the ship owner , according to the management contract signed by the ship owner and us, and we follow the management contract to process our jobs
, and our company's position and business content are to provide the SMS maintenance service, we have not been involved in the MV DELI's trading and operation, and the crews are employed by the ship owner and the ship owner pays the salary to crews directly.
Please be kindly advised: we have no information about the actual detail that how the previous ship owner to deal the un-pay salary, we had terminated the management appointment with the previous ship owner since 2021/04/01, and the reason is the vessel stopped the operation and she didn't need SMS anymore, and also the former ship owner stop to pay the management fees for several months.
we have informed the IHS and flag state for the management termination and the they has confirmed for received.
Our information about the previous crews is coming from the Taipei port authority,
which is that the previous ship crews have an agreement with the former owner and the crews had come home.
it's happened AFTER we terminated the management appointment with the previous ship owner,
We don't know the detail because we have not been involved in the crew's payment of this vessel, and we also have no information on how much money that previous ship owner had paid to the crews and the amount of the un-pay salary.
the DELI SHIPPING LIMITED has appointed us as the management company since 2022/01/06,
In this case, your colleague Mr. Tu has contact with the present ship owner DELI SHIPPING LIMITED, and ask for the solution of un-pay salary for the previous ship crews of the MV DELI,
the DELI SHIPPING LIMITED also agree to assist the ITF to deal with this case, that's why the DELI SHIPPING LIMITED request the ITF to provide the amount of the un-pay salary and where to remittance.
The ship owner just follows the ITF's requirements and tries to assist in setting this problem,
and we just assist ship owner in this case.

As you (Ming Jin Management Co) were the managers and DOC company for the previous name registered owner, you are fully aware of the amounts of money that are still lawfully owed to the crewmembers concerned. Contrary to what you have said, what payments were made to these crewmembers, came through you. Considering your position and relationship with the yet to be identified actual beneficial owner(s) of this vessel (both past and present), the content of paragraphs 3 &4 of your below mail is frankly absurd and unbelievable.

We cannot agree to the vessel being removed from the IMO/ILO Joint Database on Abandonment of Seafarers until the claims of the former Myanmar crewmembers have been paid. if this has been a genuine sale, then the new owner will need to settle the claims and then claim the money back from the previous owner (Seller).
