Based on information we have received from the Cyprus Deputy Ministry of Shipping, following contact with the ship’s Master yesterday, it was confirmed that the whole crew have been paid and repatriated through the Financial Security system by the American Steamship Owners Mutual Protection and Indemnity Association, Inc. P&I Club in accordance with: a) REGULATION 4.2, STANDARD A4.2.1 PARAGRAPH 1(b) OF THE MARITIME LABOUR CONVENTION 2006, AS AMENDED b) REGULATION 2.5.2, STANDARD A2.5.2 OF THE MARITIME LABOUR CONVENTION 2006, AS AMENDED For the remaining due wages there is a court dispute in Bulgaria. My understanding is that the seafarers are no longer on the vessel and there are various outstanding legal actions. I don’t think we can say that all outstanding remuneration has been paid, although the club has certainly been doing its best to fulfil its obligations. I wouldn’t call it resolved at this stage.
