After numerous reminders Equatorial Guinea have finally responded.
They are saying vessel is not registered under their flag and that registration is fraudulent.
See attached response.

The ship with the call sigh of 3CUBN is not registered under the flag of Equatorial Guinea. Those will be fraudulent certificates, thank you very much

Govt. of Panama (8 February 2023)
We proceed to confirm receipt of your labor complaint against the vessel "A M ALPIT, IMO 9563079”.
It will proceed according to the ordinary procedure to contact the Registered Owner, Operator and/or Local Resident Agents, regarding the labor complaint filed, and seeking to obtain a prompt clarification and solution of the situation reported.
Could you send us a copy of the crew list and details of what is owed. Once we have feedback on the case, we will update you immediately


Govt. of Maldives (23 February 2023)
Presently the Tug ‘A M ALPIT’, IMO Number 9563079, is at Male' area.
We will get back after physically attending the tug on forthcoming saturday.


ITF (7 March 2023)
Situation remains very fluid. The crew have received their owed wages and there is no issue of repatriation. However, the shortages in provisions were only addressed recently. We are awaiting payment of the January salaries. The P&I club has confirmed that the financial securities are no longer valid.

Govt. of Maldives (8 March 2023)
Kindly find the attached document, and it is self explanatory. All crew are in good health, wages received till January 2023.Presently they have enough food and water. FYI, the vessel is involved in 3 grounding cases and a preliminary fine imposed. At any time the vessel was not abandoned nor was its crew and the vessel in the port limits of Male'. (Thilafushi inner anchorage)

ITF (14 June 2023)
All crew (except 2 who opted to remain on board) have received their owed wages and disembarked the vessel
