All crew are owed 4 months wages. One of the crew has a serious case of Haemorrhoids that needs urgent medical attention.

Contacted the technical manager and flag state. An email address for the Beneficial/Registered owner cannot be found at the moment.

Crew are awaiting repatriation.
Comments and Observations:ITF (4 December 2022)
2 Bangladesh crew were signed-off on 27th October 2022 into a hotel in Manila, Philippines without their 5 months wages. There have been no contact with owner on paying these wages, repatriating the crew or paying their hotel bill, so they have now taken out bank loans in Bangladesh so that they can fly home tomorrow (8th November 2022). Contact with the remaining crew has been lost at the moment

Through email date Sep 8, 2022. On September 8, 2022, an email was sent notifying the owner of the ship's complaint QIAN YUAN
Through email date Sep 13, 2022. On September 13, 2022, an email was sent notifying the owner for the second time, we did not receive a response.
Through email date Oct 8, 2022. On October 8, 2022, we notified and activated the financial guarantee, which answered us as follows:
"Please be advised that we contacted the shipowners via brokers and obtained today the following reply:
Sorry for belated reply as I just come back from my annual leave. Checked with the owners, they said that the crew problem has been solved and the crew will be changed after dry docking. So there is no need to worry about it".
Through email date Jan. 24, 2023. We sent an email on January 24, 2023 to the P&I requesting information about the payment of seafarers and their repatriation.
