Accordance with the ordinary procedure, we have contact the operators to demand with their obligations under MLC, 2006.
This Administration is coordinating a Flag inspection to the vessel, after complying with all the requirements established by Abu Dhabi, Port Authorities.

In attention to the labour complaint filed against vessel ‘ALI B3’, IMO Number 9144184, we would like to inform you the following:
- On September 15, 2021, a Flag inspection was carried out on board the vessel.
- The vessel has energy on board.
- The crew members are apparently in good health after recovering from COVID 19.
- PCR tests performed on all crew members were negative
- The vessel was disinfected by COVID 19 on September 5, 2021.
We continue working until the shipowner cancels all the wages owed and it performs the repatriation of the 14 crew members.

The crew who have confirmed that they have been paid and repatriated.

Panama maritime authortiy requested confirmation from ITF that the crew had been paid.
