Comments and Observations:ITF (10 August 2021)
5 crewmembers have been repatriated to Venezuela without any owed wages being paid. 9 Venezuelan crew remain on board with food shortages, without wages and under threat from the shipowner. Disputed.

ITF (30 November 2021)
We understand that AMP Panamanian Maritime Authority sent at Inspector at Guyana to assess the situation. Crew have been repatriated to Venezuela but their wages remain unpaid.

Govt. of Panama (17 January 2023)
To date, the seafarers are pending payment of salaries for $5,800.00 in addition to transportation expenses.

ITF (18 July 2023)
Merchant Marine Department of PMA sent an inspector to Guyana to facilitate repatriation and payment of outstanding wages. The resident lawyer in PMA and AMP informed us that $5,800 had been paid to the crew on board, but we have seen no evidence of payment.

2. Through email dated November 23, 2023, ITF Inspector
confirmed to the PMA that he had sent the documentation sent
by the shipowner to the ITF London and that he was waiting for the vessel's status to be changed within the IMO/ILO
DATABASE ON REPORTED INCIDENTS OF ABANDONMENT OF SEAFARERS.
Through email dated November 26, 2023, we sent follow up email with ITF Inspector and Supervisor, that no change have been included.
