Circumstances:The vessel arrived for repairs in December, but ran out of fuel, broke anchor and is now grounded with high risk of damage and pullution occurring.
It is said that the crew is barred from leaving the vessel by local authorities.
All crew want to go home and paid.

Tunisian Government informed us that the ship's crew members had been repatriated since January 6th 2020.

Wages of the crew were not paid at the moment of the disembarkment and repatriation.

Relating to the abandonment of ship ‘HAMADA S’ (IMO Number 7946643), flying Togo’s flag grounded at Bizerta (Tunisia) on December 10th 2019, I’m pleased to bring to your attention that the ship’s crew members had been repatriated since January 6th 2020
Attempts are carried out with the shipowner to look for an adequate technical solution to refloat the vessel

ITF (25 September 2020)
Crew were repatriated. It does not appear that they were paid. ITF has lost contack with crew and cannot establish whether they were paid.

ITF (19 October 2020)
Vessel is still anchoraged at Bizerte. The crew have disembarked and now only a security watch is on board.
The crew dealt with directly with the company and have not informed the ITF of the outcome. Resolved.
