Comments and Observations:ITF (15 April 2020)
The vessel is currently in Nemrut, Turkey.
Three Turkish members of crew were disembarked two weeks ago with payment until end of February. A new Turkish Master has joined the vessel. The remaining crew have not been paid at all.
There are ongoing issues with supplies of food and water on board.
The vessel was in Tunisia when the owners asked the vessel to head for Volos, Greece, where there was a potential buyer. The vessel was denied entry to Volos and went to Nemrut. We now understand that the crew have been instructed to proceed to Istanbul.
Owners have now cut off contact with ITF.

Govt. of Comoros (17 April 2020)
Our office has already started and investigation on the subject matter and will revert the soonest possible.
Kindly acknowledge upon receipt of this email.

Govt. of Comoros (22 April 2020)
Comoros forwarded shipowner's email as below.

The vessel has received fuel, provisions and water in the port of Tunisia.
The captain, who has requested medical assistance, has left the vessel at the port of Izmir and no right for any groundless complains as we did best assistance to him.
Presently, the vessel is in Istanbul and no complain and no problem.
All these untruthful subjects was created by the trouble maker master who has left the ship at Izmir on arrival.

ITF (25 September 2020)
Resolved. Crew were paid on 29/06/2020 and have been repatriated.
