Dear Jinhak

Re. Reggae, all the abandoned crew were paid and repatriated except for the Chief Engineer who transferred to one of the other vessels presumably Tahsin. There are now 4 Turkish replacement crew on board the Reggae, the rest of the crew (Indian) were stopped at the boarder at sent back. Class have told the (Turkish) owner that they wont issue new certificates until theres a full crew on board. The Immigration authorities wont allow non-EU crew to join for fear of a repeat situation.

Im waiting for the other inspector to call me back re. Tahsin.

This vessel is owned by the same company as the Seccadi and Tahsin
