|Comments and Observations:||ITF (4 May 2010)|
The Shipowner had 3 vessels ¿ Atlantic Star (arrested in Las Palmas, Lubava stayed in Varna (Bulgaria) and Baltic Star anchored near Duala (Cameroon). The Company was previously black listed by ITF. All possible steps were taken and now we are waiting repatriation of the old crew (6 persons) which should be done by the middle of May. The vessel will be under control of the bank and will have new management. Russian and Ukrainian Authorities were involved in resolving this case.
