Owners have ignored ITF calls to negotiate a settlement in relation to owed wages and repatriation.
Crew reported lack of provisions, but we are now advised that local agent is providing food.
Reports indicate that the vessel has been arrested by the Port, local agent and crew.
We have not been able to establish whether there is valid financial security for the vessel, and suspect that there is none.
