The Panama Maritime Authority asked the ITF to confirm whether this case can be considered resolved, in accordance with the procedures of the joint IMO/ILO database on the abandonment of seafarers.
On 7th April, the Panama Maritime Authority sent a mail to the company that it had already been resolved, the salaries had been paid in full and confirmed by the crew and attached the documentation that supported payment.
