Comments and Observations:ITF (2 November 2020)
The American Club (P&I insurance company) and Panama Maritime Authority (flag state) have been requested by the ITF to deal with this case in accordance with MLC,2006 and the P&I insurance policy.
PSC inspection has been requested at the port of Yatsushiro, Japan but it has yet to be done due to strong typhoon and the ship staying at an anchorage.

Vessel canceled from the Panamian registry, through Resolution No. C-44774-20, duly notified by Email on November 17, 2020.
By email dated December 10, 2020, the P&I Club confirmed that the crewmembers were repatriated except for 1 whose repatriation was scheduled for December 20, 2020.
Current flag: Unknown.

This vessel was cancelled from the Panama Registry, through Resolution No. C-44774-20 of November 12, 2020, due to termination of service. According to IHS webpage (Sea-web), currently the Flag is Unkown.

ITF (10 February 2022)
This case is now in the court in China. Myanmar crew member was repatriated without owed wages
