Comments and Observations:Govt. of India (2 July 2020)
Ministry of Shipping has immediatery taken up the matter with the concerned recruitment and placement company/agency that has supplied the provision, water and bunker to the vessel for the month of March and April.
The Master informed the Directorate that neither the owner nor the RPS company have paid any salary to all the 28 Indian crew on board ship since last 4 months.

The master of the vessel has stated that the vessel was hijacked by armed men at UAE anchorage on 5th July.
The vessel was taken to Iran where all 28 Indian crew disembaked on 14th July.
26 Indian crew were able to return home on 15th July by flight from Tehran to Delhi, however 2 crew could not board the flight because they did not have passports.
The salaries are still pending but their crewing agent in India assured that the entire crew will receive complete dues soon.

All 28 crew have returned home but their wages are still unpaid. Seafarers have earlier complaint that their vessel was hijacked off UAE and the crew were released in Iran and returned home on 15 July 2020.

Disputed. Crew have returned home, but not been paid.

No development. Crew have been also raising concern about their CDC which is in custody of investigative agency in UAE. They cannot join back ship again due to same. Wages are pending as well.
