    Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 245 of 3 April 1993 on dual jobholding in State enterprises, establishments and organizations.

    Lays down regulations for employment conditions for dual jobholding workers, including wages and holidays. Certain categories of workers are not entitled to this kind of work, including pregnant women and young workers under 18 years. Repeals Orders of the Soviet of Ministers of the Ukrainian SSR No. 433 of 29 September 1988 and No. 458 of 8 October 1990.
